The Thomas and Mildred Cleveland Scholarship
This scholarship is part of our “Living A.R.T: An Empowering Experience” program which consists of two tiers:
In the schools: Economic and Educational Development
In the Community: Social and Personal Development
We are offering a scholarship to one high school senior who attends school (private, charter, or public) in Detroit. This scholarship will be a onetime $1,000 scholarship which the student can use toward books, supplies, or other needs for college.
It is our hope that the students will be a part of our in-school workshops and/or our annual seminar, which will provide them with other tools for success along with the scholarship. This combination of tools will empower our young people and help them gain knowledge in a creative way that can later be applied to their future goals. This packet includes one copy of all the necessary materials.
